    Qualified, Associate/Senior Associate, Mechanical Engineering

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an associate/senior associate to exploit their talents to the full and push their boundaries of success to the limit. This will be perfect for someone feeling suffocated by the restraints of their current firm and struggling to inject life into the tired work regime they follow.

Embrace the option to leave the traditional shackles of an establishment behind and enter into a tenacious and lively open culture, where a work/life balance is easily achieved. Quench your thirst for success in a fiercely modern environment and enjoy the rewards of a meritocratic culture with a bonus scheme enviable to most in the industry.

Direct client contact will be available from the outset and independence will be encouraged, not muted. Take instruction directly born out of British clients, including original drafting and the opportunity to give strategic advice that will be heard and help build upon your client relationships. With a mature portfolio, some contentious work will be inevitable as well the opportunity to build business and add to the established client base with your own growing practice.

Circa three years post UK qualification in, plus a specific passion for, mechanical engineering is a must; this is due to the role being heavily focussed upon the mechanical with little to no emphasis on the other forms of the discipline. Opportunities in mechanical engineering have been scarce of late, and it seems when they do come along they are quite unmissable. If you fit the bill, do not hesitate to grasp the chance to enter into a work culture where tenacious and ambitious individuals will be both seen and heard.
